Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment Terms: all first orders must be paid by Visa/Mastercard or check prior to shipping. We also offer 30 days' terms on approved credit.
Q: Is shipping & handling included in your pricing?
A: Shipping & handling are not included with our pricing. We charge 11% of net order for shipping, with a minimum of $5.00. Rates subject to change without notice.
Q: Which carrier do you use?
A: For each shipment, we compare and choose the most cost-efficient and time-effective carrier for the job.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products, we will gladly replace the unsatisfactory items or give you a credit for the next order. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
